In a new campaign for Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Serum, actress Kristen Bell says the product is a dupe for sleep. “It’s so dependable,” she says, adding that it’s basically a “one-stop shop.”
ELLE interviewed the Nobody Wants This star, who shared that her night time skincare routine is no more than one or two steps. “I’m raising two girls who are 10 and 11. There’s a lot happening in the evening now. Their skin care routines are starting off, or we stay up too late because someone has a test in the morning. I need to make my skin care routine very simple, because there are a lot of other things that my family requires to wind down,” she said.
She told the pub that she began using Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair Serum and Cream a handful of months ago, and it’s all she needs to feel refreshed before bed. “I don’t know why that surprises me, because Estée Lauder is a very iconic brand and at the forefront of nighttime skin care research and innovation. It’s so dependable, particularly during the weeks where I’m not sleeping.”
She continued, “I pop on my repair serum, and it’s the biggest beauty-sleep dupe I’ve ever found. That’s pretty much the only thing I’m using these days.”
Bell isn’t the only celebrity to rave about Estee Lauder’s innovative skincare products. They have a lengthy roster of ambassadors, including Ana de Armas, Karlie Kloss, Amanda Gorman, Yang Mi, and others.
Have I tried Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair products? No. Do I believe that Bell actually uses it? Yes—however, in a day where celebrities and influencers alike are paid an absurd amount of money to simply say they “like” or “use” a specific product—so I’m not 100% sold.
Whether or not she uses the product nightly or has just tried it out, it does seem like a pretty good one to use in both the AM and PM. According to Ulta, the product is a deep and fast-penetrating face serum with exclusive 1-in-60-million Night Peptide.
Here are the benefits:
Smooth skin
Diminishing lines
Younger and healthier skin
Increased radiance
Even toned skin
On Instagram, Estee Lauder posted a picture of the product, saying their “iconic Advanced Night Repair is the beauty sleep dupe you’ve been looking for.” The caption continued, “In just three nights, Advanced Night Repair visibly repairs sleep deprived skin.”
