On Tuesday, the brand announced two limited edition lip products: Matcha & Taro Lip Sleeping Mask and Lip Glowy Balm.

Laneige teased the arrival of the new products on Monday with a fun reel. “You’ve been waiting for these 👀 New Lip Sleeping Mask and Lip Glowy Balm scents coming soon 🍵🧋 Tune in tomorrow for the reveal,” the caption read.
Last week, they gave their followers a little glimpse of what their upcoming product was with a video of them making a big glass of matcha. “Something sweet & highly requested is brewing. 🍵🧋Can you guess what’s steeping behind the scenes? Stay tuned. 👀💓”
Customers can shop the new scents on the Sephora app on 5/12. Will you be trying?? I, for one, can’t stray from their vanilla sleep mask, so I’ll be skipping this launch. However, I’m sure every bubble tea and skincare obsessed person will be adding it to their cart immediately. I love when brands do fun things like this because they know their customers will buy it. Smart marketing and product development with users in mind will only create so much success.
